Does tape on inside of back cover get a blue label? 1 1

Have a TOS #52, just got graded 4.0 restored with small amount of glue on interior and tape on back cover.

Can I have the glue removed and get a blue label or do I need to remove the tape also?

If there was no glue, yes it could get a blue label with tape alone. 

Glue can be tricky to remove. Did you take any pictures of it before encapsulation?

Glue will get you a purple label and it's apparently not that easy to remove and get a blue. Here is a post from Bomber-Bob going through the process.
