Already talking about selling? I never thought of selling my John Byrne art when I was first collecting original art. I still have the Byrne and created a unique and exciting collection. Buy what makes you happy, not what will make you 2k in 2 years. A new collector with a great eye could have an amazing collection in twenty years or less. Most collectors won't last five years.
