I love this book.  I have the whole series, purchased when they were on newstands.  

Most of mine are all signed by the different voices at this point, so I can't get them legit graded.

 

I'm really new to estimating grades but that book looks pretty nice.  I don't think the 2 corners would affect it too much but what do I really know...  so I'll throw out a 9.0-9.2
