THE BOOKS

All books listed are RAW, unless otherwise noted.

SCANS/ESTIMATED GRADES

I am not a professional grader, nor do I pretend to be. Please review the scans/photographs I’ve provided and make your decision(s) to purchase or not based on them. In general, I do not provide scans/photographs of every item or issue in each lot, rather I provide scans/photos of the most valuable books in the lot. If you have any questions about a particular item/book or would like more scans or photos, please let me know prior to posting “I’ll Take It.” I will do my absolute best to provide you with the images you requested in a timely manner. The fastest method of communication for me is email.

SHIPPING

Whenever possible, I try to ship all books in a Gemini mailer within 24-48 hours of an “I’ll Take It” posting & address confirmation. I do not believe that it is ethical to make money on the cost of shipping so I do my absolute best to pass along actual shipping costs… nothing more, nothing less. To make sure this process is fair for both parties, I ask that you pay for the item(s) minus shipping costs prior to shipping. After determining your preferred shipping method, I will ship per your instruction and send you a follow-up email noting actual shipping costs along with a copy of the receipt for verification purposes. Once you receive the follow-up email containing the shipping costs, please pay promptly. Again, I do not believe in making money on shipping and will only charge you actual shipping costs per your preferred shipping method. 

If you would prefer to pay for the item(s) plus shipping at one time, I will provide you with the best cost estimate that I can. Based on the size of the books, generally speaking, shipping Priority Mail in the US will cost approximately $15.50 per 30 books shipped.

I prefer shipping domestically (within the U.S.) but will consider shipping internationally provided the purchaser is willing to pay the additional postage to do so.

I will do my best to provide you with packaging photo’s and/or tracking information in a timely manner. 

PAYMENT

PayPal, check and money order payments are accepted. Checks/MO's will need to clear before books are shipped.

RETURNS

Unless the item(s) arrives damaged, I do not accept returns or issue refunds. Again, please make your purchasing decision(s) based on the scans/photographs provided or ask for additional scans/photographs. That said, I’m certainly not going to be unreasonable. Please contact me if you have any legitimate concerns and we can discuss appropriate remedies.

GUIDELINES/RULES

The first (determined by timestamp) definitive “I’ll Take It” post wins the item and trumps any ongoing conversations, negotiations, trade talks, etc… Please indicate the exact book(s) that you are buying in your "I'll Take It" post.

If you are a member of the Hall of Shame or if you are currently on probation, please do not participate.
