I'm not really worried about the creases as those aren't color breaking and can almost certainly be pressed out.  I'm mostly concerned about the two fingerprints/smudges on the front.

Disregarding the "fingerprint" and "waviness/creasing" on the back cover...

Fading/color loss on the top edge, corner wear especially the top left, slight edge stress, a few stress lines w/o color break...

The fading/color loss will not allow me to go higher than a...

I’m guessing the fingerprints are old…cleaning won’t get them out completely.  Newer prints…maybe.  As for the rest, 6.0/6.5

Yeah the fingerprints are old. I must have bought it like that.  I actually had completely forgotten I even had that book. I bought it when I was a kid in the mid 90's.  It's been in a box for 25 years. I was just going through my collection a few weeks back and found it.  Given the fingerprints, would pressing out the creases be of any value?

It definitely can't hurt.  Still worth a cleaning too...you never know how it will look until it's done.
