New requirement for Standard 0

I noticed that you are now asking us to mark a big bold "ST" on standard submissions.  Presumably so they can be moved up for faster service.  At the time that I sent my submission that was not a requirement.  How can I make sure mine gets the correct level of attention?  (It's still hasn't been opened/accepted yet as it was sent in late April and you are still on early April.)
