HUGE PROBLEM with my submission

I have needed to get in contact with ANYONE from CGC or CCS for months. I need to update my payment info due to a credit card replacement and I can not find anything on the website. I've left multiple voicemails and emails with both customer service and the billing department and no one has returned my calls or emails for over a month. If there is anyone who could help me out with this problem, maybe with a direct line/extension for someone in the billing department or an email address I'd really appreciate it! My first submission is being graded as we speak! T_T

Good morning,

I'm sorry to hear you have been having an issue getting in touch with someone.  You can provide that information to our accounting department at 877-662-6642 and follow the prompts for accounting.  You can also email the information to them at: accounting@cgccomics.com.  If you need to speak with someone and you can't get anyone in accounting you can contact customer service and provide the credit card information and we can forward that over to accounting.

I had the same issue about a few weeks ago and simply used their contacts page, emailed them, and within a day had a response and number to call....
