Being a Sandman collector myself, I wouldn't pay 7/10k for that page. Probably it's just me being picky, but the lack of any Endless turns me down. I would say 6k is a pretty solid offer, considering that it's not one of the best stand alone stories (29/50/75).

They are the most widely used (to my knowledge) auction houses for buying and selling original comic art

I think the sig and doodle are cool as well. Normally I don't think they matter, but in this case they help, and could make it desirable as a "one-and-done" page for the numerous collectors who want a representative piece. 

I say put it in HA or CLink.

 

Being the title page with indicia is also a nice positive, IMO.  David
