It will make it flatter and more presentable but it won't increase the grade. Honestly, if you are going to the trouble and expenses of getting this comic signed and graded, dump this low grade copy and buy a high grade one on e-bay. Current prices on it as crazy as its the 4th rarest SiKtC cover. Have the chance to get it signed in person so I'm gonna do that and no CGC. I'll keep it to enjoy myself!
