I know that's normally covers only or no covers or only pages or otherwise incomplete. I figured since it was missing essentially a quarter of every wrap and it's very poor condition. I have found those who submit to PGX - also swear by them. It is beyond tunnel-vision with some collectors, who are only interested in the assigned numeral on the plastic case and not what might actually be inside and clear as day before their very own eyes.
