PGM Black Panther 2 1st Shuri Newsstand Thoughts on this defect? 3 3

I am flustered on this book. Book presents right at or around NM 9.4, but
there is a printer's scrape at the bottom of the book. How much should I downgrade
for that? Any thoughts? Looking to try to find a fair grade and if I should send it in.

I would go with the CGC defined 8.5

I would lean 9.0 as the defect does not detract enough imho to fall out of vf/nm range
