Look closely at the scans, there just isn't much wrong with this book, and IMO everything except the tiny chip lower RH BC would disappear with a clean and a press. Offwhite pages. If I can't get my asking price that's exactly what will happen, press and slab. GPA lists a 9.6 (Mile High, 2018) sale at $6500, 9.2 (2015) at $660, and a 9.0 (2019) at $550. Most recent is a 7.5, just this month, for $425 I want $750 or off it goes to for a press and a slab. Sure, believe it if you want, if you think Ben might've grown a mustache, This copy is just a litany of bad luck. Good sized piece out lower RH FC, another out lower RH BC, large water stain with foxing upper LH FC, matching stain, not quite as bad, upper RH BC, pulled upper staple, other minor mayhem. Light sub-type crease FC, light pencil scribble LH edge FC, good sized dogear upper LH BC, light water BC. Interior is nice, tight with white pages. Sigh, mutter...
