I received my case like this, is this a crack? 0

I bought this 361 on eBay and found this on the bottom end of the case. I know some defects are tolerated but should this be tolerated?

it’s not deep but my nail does stop when I pass over it.

I know it’s a crack but is it a tolerated cgc case defect or it’s a big Nono? I just don’t want to affect the value of the issue, I think I’ll make a complaint to the seller because he didn’t mention it in the description and I know that eBay’s description section say “mention any defect here” or something of the sort

Thanks for your message.  This isn't a defect, it looks like the holder was damaged.  You should contact the seller on that.  We do offer a reholder service but there is a charge.  We would only be able to offer a complimentary reholder if the original submitter received the book back from us with the damage to the holder and contacted us within two weeks of receiving the book back.
