Submissions not showing 0

I had submissions that were already in the process of grading and now when I logged in it’s saying I don’t have any submissions. Is the site down?

Hi there, it's likely just a technical glitch. They should appear for you again shortly. If the problem persists longer than a day I'd recommend reaching out to customer service for assistance.

happening to me as I sit on the edge of my seat for for about month now for a what should be a pretty decent graded Shadowless zard that I was told was graded already about 2 weeks ago and was waiting to get encapsulated. 12 day turn around to 40+ day turn around in a blink there has to be some thing fishy about that.
