Hello grading enthusiasts,

wondering how you think this issue with some vague upside would grade, definitely some water damage causing light rippling/staining/mold(? Black marks) which I realize hits the grade hard. Can c and p help rippling and/or water stains? Thank you for your time and estimates!

A clean and press can increase presentation but I don't believe the grade changes. The water damage is extensive. appears 2.5
