Batman The Animated Series 1993 Golden Book “Almost Got ‘Im” - Special Edition? 0

Significant as the 1st Harley Quinn in print, beating BA12 by a couple months...

Anyone know the story on the Special Edition? Is it a 2nd print that was also bundled with an audio cassette or sold as the book only?

Pics borrowed off eBay showing both versions (the difference being at the bottom of the back cover- ignore color variations that were most likely due to 2 different photographers with different lighting conditions). The last pic shows the book/cassette combo still sealed.

Also... the holographic sticker on the front cover: all sealed examples currently on eBay have the sticker. But for the loose books, there are examples of both regular and Special Edition without the sticker. All loose books with the sticker appear to be regular editions.

Cool! Never seen this! This was a great era for Batman merch. I still have my Batman the Animated Series playing card set from around the same time.
