Bought this at the local comic shop in the 80’s, read it two or three times than bagged it.  Some cracking along the spine, but otherwise I feel it’s held up pretty well.

as it sits, I think an 8.0, but a press I believe could eliminate the issues on the back covers spine and ++

I'm going to say 9.0 although submitted as is an 8.5 wouldn't surprise me. Press for a 9.2 and a chance at 9.4.
