Did you notate the artist's initials on the outside of the box? This is required so we can distinguish the private signing orders from a regular submission. We pull those marked with the initials out and send them down to our signature series receiving room right away and they are opened and entered. It can still take some time to get logged in just due to the volume of submissions we receive for the signings but it will be much faster than regular mail. Thank you!
