Express Time to Received? 0

Hey folks,  

I've got a submission that was sent EXPRESS and I marked the box with the EX.  It was accepted /  delivered on July 14th.  Just curious if the EXPRESS boxes also follow the same "now opening packaged received on...".  I have not done anything EXPRESS before so just curious as to when I should look for it to be received.

If you noted EX on the outside of the shipping box then it should be pulled out from the regular mail and logged in faster.  If you don't see anything logged in yet, please contact our customer service department with your order and tracking information and we can check further for you.
