Submission CCS question 0

Hi Jen,

 

I have one order that was  received 3/20 and states CCS in process    # 3808236

But I have 2 orders that we received before at 3/12 and have not hit CCS yet?  # 3803005 and 3803006

Is this normal?...thanks
