Entering submission problem 1 1

I am trying to enter a comic and it is a variant.  When I go to enter everything is okay until I get to the variants line. The variant artist isn't listed in the drop down list and it won't let me enter the artists name. Now it is a newer book it came out a month ago could this be the reason.  Or do I have to ask someone to input it in there end. So that it is in the drop down list.

Good morning,

If it is brand new then it most likely hasn't been entered into the database yet.  If there is an "add new" option you can click on that and enter that in.  If not, you can also just hand write it on your packing slip once you print that out.
