PGM AD&D #22 and #29

Need help with some grading. I've got two comics pictured below (back and fronts upper inside corners), one with a noticeable crease on the front and matching crease on the back (both non color-breaking) AD&D #22, and one with no noticeable crease on the front but a noticeable non-color breaking crease on the back AD&D #29.

Assuming the rest of the books are perfect, which they are not, where do those defects start us at grade-wise assuming we started grading the books from there...
