Hi - I have a PGX graded book I'd like to submit for the Milgrom signing. Do I have to crack it out of the slab and prep it first or can I send it as it?

Thanks for your message.  You can keep it in the holder but you will need to include a note on your packing slip that gives us permission to remove it from the other company's holder.
