No COA but picture of the box they came in below.  No clue on grades I would say 9.2-9.8 on the Neal Adams comics. The GL/GA 85 is the facsimile edition. The Kubert (a key issue) 5-6?

Neal charges $10 each COA so I never get them. I buy from Neal on a regular basis. I do have the box these come in from Neal and his family. Also I purchased these on live stream auction so there is video of my order as well. 

At the 1 hour 11 minute mark most of these are seen. Neal comes in the next day and signs and sends them off.
