The over-cover fraying along the entire top edge of the front cover, by itself, should limit the grade to FN/FN+.  Add in the numerous color-breaking spine tics on the front cover and the handful of short tears along the left edge of the back cover, and my grade estimate drops down to VG/FN.  What exactly is happening along the bottom edge of the back cover?  If there's a sliver of paper missing there, my best guess would drop down to 4.5 VG+.

It's some scanning anomaly. There's about a 1/16" triangular chip missing about an inch from the left, but other than that the bottom edge is all there. It does look like a missing sliver in the scan, though.

I was thinking a VG/F for sure, maybe a FN- on a good day. The defects don't look as bad in hand.

Thanks everybody!
