Just post everything with grades and price in an early post ... a table of contents , quote each line as you go down, add the pic and hit submit. When someone claims, you can annotate the list on page one and simplify invoicing too. GOD BLESS...

To be clear - after you update your recap post (at top of page 1), do the "quotes" for each individually listed book automatically update to reflect the new "sold to MrBuysALot" text ?  So you only make the change in one place to mark each sold book?

No ... you still have to add that in to the actual listing if you wish. I try to do that immediately if I'm on line... one of my peeves are threads that are hours old and still seem like everything is available... so I don't want my threads that way if I can help it. GOD BLESS...
