Last but not least!

House of Mystery 175 CGC 8.5. 1st Cain, which is running up due to the Sandman TV series coming to Netflix. 

Last 2 sales were early this year; an 8.0 in January for $320 and a 7.0 in March for $290. Literally every raw or slabbed copy has been bought off eBay apart from a single copy: a CGC 5.0 for $400. 

Not sure what to ask for this one, so let's start at $600 and see how that goes. SOLD
