[Hooch is crazy]

Just picked this up. The seller gave me his estimated grade on it, but I think he may have been a bit conservative and under valued it. Main thing I see is the bottom front right corner is a bit worn.

I'm thinking 8.5 after a C&P. White areas on the front cover look a little dirty. The bottom left corner of the back cover is creased and there's a bit of Marvel overhang, both of which should press out. The bottom right corner of the front cover will hold the book back.
