Grade’s in! PGM Flash #110 4 4

Finally got ahold of Wally West’s 1st appearance. Cover is fully attached. There is what appears to be water damage on upper left hand corner of front cvr/upper right spot on back cvr. I’m sure you’ll spot other things too.

Here's what I see: water spotting/staining along the front cover side of the spine; short transverse tears at both staples (onto back cover); small chip out at bottom edge of back cover; sun shadows on outside front/back covers; toning/tanning to inside front/back covers; other lesser blemishes.  At arm's length, it's a decent looking copy.  Put me down for a 5.0 VG/FN.

I'll also add what appears to be rust spots on the staples inside the centerfold.  4.5/5.0

Water stains kill a books grade. 4.0 at best. I'd have to feel the paper but it is tanning and has rusty staples.  It's a hard book to come by, enjoy it.

Did it get damaged after leaving you? The top staple appears fine in the original pics
