Thanks for the input! Since it's for my PC, do you think C&P would improve the presentation enough to make it worth it, or would it present virtually the same slabbed?

It'll present better after a press.

Slab it or stick it in Mylite2. Even VGs look VF or better in Mylite2 once you take a step or two back.

I would say 6.0-6.5, 7.0 tops.  that's a lot of color-breaking creases on the spine.  
Press would get rid of the "ripples" along the top for better presentation, but the color breaks would still be there.  Might give it a 0.5 bump.

Went ahead with C&P and grading, en route to CCS/CGC now. So assuming the boards still exist and I'm still alive... I'll post the results some time in 2023.................

With the C/P I say that comes back as an 8.5, with an outside chance (if that dirty spot cleaned up) of a 9.0.

7.5. I sent in 16 comics and one came back a 7.5 cause a page was bent (my fault I missed it). But the others were 9.2 to 9.8's. I even thought 2 of the 9.6's should have been an 9.8 they are tuff. I hope this helps. Good luck.

It might not be that bad depends if you picked comics to get touched up etc. Mine took under a week.
