This 1st issue pre-dates Doc Savage #1 by one month. Good condition. The story, The Shadow Kingdom, is also considered the 1st sword and sorcery story ever. Also, there is a story by Lois Lane. Jerry Siegel was a reader of Weird Tales, so he most likely saw that.
