PGM Conan and 80 page Giant and more to come

question... you are buying books then wanting to know what they grade out? Or do you have a grade already and just confirming that they are within .5 or so of what you paid?

The 80 page probably not the Conan is for me I wanted a nice clean copy for me I am an Elric fan/collector and didn't have these two appearance still looking for a similar #14. I will get a #14 first and read them togheter then I will get it graded but for the price they were a no brainer.

Buying books at what grades I think they are and simply looking for some other opinions. Todays collectors view of grading is different (far more critical) when I started over 30 years ago and I stopped for a LONG time. So your opinions are informative to me get me in tune with what others think today. Fourtunately I never paid what I think they would go for third party graded I think they are they have all been at least good bargains most great.

Whoa, I must have been drunk a few minutes ago while looking at that Conan book. I didn't realize how blunt the corners were. No way it's a 9.2. More like an 8.5.

Both corners are reasonably sharp but they both overhang and are smoothly pointed down so they don't scan well and look worse than they are.
