Please grade my Amazing Spider-Man Annual #1 (1964)

- Missing 1 pinup page (1st 2 pics shown here would be on front and back of that page).

- Front and back cover show some wear, see binding missing on piece of upper spine, not sure if that area was glued or if that’s what it would normally look like.

- some inked in areas: in some open spaces of letters in title logo on cover, in top part of back cover, and bottom of 1st page.

- some rips and tears on corners of front and back covers.

- rest is complete and decent shape.

Universal (Blue Label) Grade =  0.5 PR.  Incomplete -- Missing one leaf.  CGC would describe this as "Missing one page" -- but we all know that's impossible, as this "72 BIG PAGES ANNUAL" is actually 76 pages -- a front/back cover plus 36 two-sided interior leaves.    In my opinion, this copy's condition grade (apart from the missing leaf) is not high enough to justify a Qualified (Green Label) Grade.

Thanks- the one page (front and back) was ripped out, I should’ve specified that.

A Universal .5 is what I arrived at as well, as long as there's no restoration and no other missing parts. And if certified, the book would undoubtedly acquire a note on the label stating that it's incomplete because of the missing page.  

But it's still a great book to own...

Who cares about the number anyways. Cool book to have and some kid 50+ years ago had some wall art for his room.
