Renewing membership question

Good morning,

If you renew your membership at the Premium or Elite levels you do receive a new $150 membership credit.  You will receive a new credit each year when you renew under either of these two levels.  Please note, however, that the credit does not carry over so if you do not utilize your full credit before your membership expires, you would lose any remaining credit for that year but then gain a new $150 after you renew.

If you have any questions, please let us know.  Thanks!

Good morning,

You don't have to do anything on your end for the credit to be applied.  It is linked to your Collector's Society account and that is automatically applied by our accounting department when we receive your order.  You won't see the credit show up on the packing slip or online form, however, as that is not a live system.  You are not charged anything until your order is received and the paperwork sent up to accounting and then they will first deduct off the credit and then charge the difference.

If you have any other questions, please let us know.  Thanks!

What happens if CGC has the order for so long, I'm not charged until the following year?

My membership expires in February.  I hope the order sent back in the spring is done by then; however, turnaround times have quite lengthy as of late.

Just want to make sure I wouldn't lose the $150 credit.
