it's got a decent ding on top of spine. I'm not a big modern submitter fan so you should probably save the money.

9.4/9.6 from scan...assuming BC is consistent...

I'm not experienced in submitting, but I doubt this would be worthwile...

Yeah I agree. I wouldn't send it in based upon the ding on the left side corner. The miscut at the bottom I think is your scanner cutting it off improperly. Any modern age comic especially with any type of ding on the spine I don't even consider....then I look at the corners and scrutinize those to make sure they are sharp and crisp. Eliminate those first key factors and you'll find yourself putting many comic books to the side. Then scrutinize the cover, back cover, gloss, dents, ink, inside pages and so on.

 

You can sell it raw and get a good price for it as well. If you have alot to submit then get them pre-screened.
