$150 credit issue 0

Hello all, I just became a premium member and submitted comics to be graded but did not get the $150 credit to the process during my payment, does that get refunded or how does it work?  Any info will be helpful.

Are you saying the credit didn't appear on your submission form, or that they charged your card and didn't apply the credit?

If it's the former that's normal, they don't apply the credit until they actually charge you. (Which is sometimes months after you submit)

If it's the latter, call CGC and ask about it.

Allegedly, according to CGC on these boards, your credit is "automatically" deducted prior to your card being charged. This is not completely true, though, as people have been charged for their full submission amount before. Some people have suggested writing somewhere on the paperwork that you want your credit applied (sticky note, perhaps).
