I remember seeing on a CGC board many moons ago that a top-to-bottom crease book was a MAX of a 5.0.  Only anecdotal but I remember no one had an example of a subscription crease or similar book grading above 5.0.  So I'm thinking 5.0 and a possible bump to 6.0 or higher IF a good press helps it out a bunch.

I have seen comic sellers who usually only sell CGC slabs sometimes sell raws with top to bottom creases...and later I found out why. They know the maximum grade CGC will give (5.0) and I guess they think they can get more as a raw.
