Star Wars #1 - 8.0 - $250 $225

I got this book from the OO. 

Tight, glossy, and clean as heck. 

Slight wear at corners, particularly bottom right edge fc. A couple very tiny color breaking spine tics. There's also some slight waviness along both the right and bottom edge fc that is production related. Light tanning edges of bc - looks worse in scan than in hand. 

I don't mind keeping this, but I just bought some things... you know how that is. Bigger things.

Twin Cities Pedigree

1st Superman Emergency Squad

 

I received this from a respected boardie who had it at a 7.5, so I am sticking with that. There is a spot by the middle spine near the two superman on the desk's edge where there are a few small indentations. There's also a slight smudge next to it. On the right edge, there's a tiny tear through the Y in Mystery.

Conan the Barbarian #24 - 8.0 - $220 $200

This has three small indentations on the fc - two by Sonja's hair, one by the lower staple. A couple non color breaking bends at the top spine. Blunted corners. 

I got this from the OO.

Tales of Terror #1 - 1.5 - $150 $125

The spine is mostly split - from bottom to bottom staple, and from top past top staple. But the cover is still hanging on at the bottom staple. It's not dead yet!!

This is the chaste version without the obvious nipple.

Wow Comics #34 - 3.5 - $75 $65

Someone traced over a bunch of stuff on the back cover with a pencil. But not the front, thankfully. PQ is okay except that extreme bottom right corner, which you can see had some toastiness that led to chipping.

Ms. Marvel #18 - 8.0 - $175

1st full Mystique

I want to call this an 8.5, but the back cover holds it back a little. A press and a clean might bump this one, not sure.  

Some of the prices this book is fetching on ebay are crazy! A copy with massive water damage on the back cover sold for $141! I think this is a good deal, and I'll even throw in for free a low grade Ms. Marvel #17 as well.

Archie's Pals N' Gals #23 - Incomplete - $50

First Josie

The Josie story is intact!

Three pages have been removed - 2 betty pinups, 2 veronica pinups, 1 gag strip, and the last page of one of the stories. However, the Josie story is complete, as are all the other stories. 

Low grade copies of this are going for $125-150 on ebay. Since this is incomplete, let's drop it down to $50.
