Has anyone out there ever cracked and CPR'd a Twin Cities Pedigree book?

I'm assuming you have to send it into CCS, to maintain the pedigree, but I'm wondering if it bumped? Seems like it was slabbed at a time where C&P wasn't being done much, and the potential is there for a grade bump.

No.  This is incorrect.  Most books were all being put through the ringer way before this.  And there's a good chance that most of the Twin Cities books were "optimized" prior to initial slabbing.
