They don’t provide any signature authentication services.

Someone else may have a better answer, but this question might be better served on a sports memorabilia forum.

BUT cbcs, the main competition of Cgc DOES authenticate signatures on comics and magazines (maybe photos???).  

Whether that suits your needs or not or there are better sport-specific companies, I don’t know.  You could look on eBay and see what verifications or authentications sell best, or just Google to see what comes up.
