Buck Rogers 1945 strip who is the artist?

There is some debate about who the artist is for a Buck Rogers strip I own. I purchased years ago as a Calkins. I know his drew the daily strip at the start then came back when Nowlan the writer died and took it over until 1947 when Anderson drew it for a year. 

Would like some feedback on who people think the artist is Some say Yager but his 50s dailies look completely different.
