For what it's worth, CGC (and most high-end collectors) will downgrade a "nice" specimen for tanning to the inside front and/or back covers.  Perhaps you could include a shot of the inside front cover.  Be careful not to stress the spine and/or staples by opening the cover too wide.

Thanks for the additional images.  I'd characterize the inside front and back covers as being off-white with a ½"~1" tan halo.  (I realize the halo may appear more grey than brown, but it's still considered tanning.)  Be careful handling this one, as the tanned paper may have lost much of its original suppleness.  Books with tanned spines are prone to splitting and/or detaching from the staples.
