It was a humorous tongue-in-cheek comment. Run of the mill Marvel book's can jump from $50 to $1000 on the most causal of rumors while DC keys (outliers aside) ofttimes stagnate with little interest.

Humor aside ROI's on the whole greatly favor Marvel over DC.
