Help with Ghost 6 Please 2 2

Hey, guys and gals! I collected back in the day, but CGC wasn't around back then. I ran across this book today that I've owned for quite a while. It looks pretty good for a older book to me. I have never sent a book to be graded. I was hoping you could help me out with your thoughts on a CGC grade.  Is this book worth sending to CGC or leave it as is?

Great book. I’d say 7.5.  Also, a couple siblings say hi.

I was thinking 7.0 with 7.5 not out of the question. Nice book.

Maybe even 8.0!I think CGC gives a little extra to golden age books.

I'm gonna go 7.5 here. If you submit (and I would), make sure to request the Bethlehem pedigree; this should be a slam-dunk with that store and date stamp and would look fantastic with the pedigree label.

Not that it doesn't look fantastic already. Seriously, just a beautiful copy.

C&P ? forgive my ignorance but what is a C&P ?
