Packing Slip 1 1

First time submitting to CGC, am I supposed to print out 2 copies of the packing slip and include them or just 1 ? I’ve seen conflicting videos. Thanks for the help !

You can print out 2, and keep 1 for your records.  Also, here is some helpful info.

• Step 3 – Important: To ensure that your submission process stays on schedule, please package collectibles in the same order that they are listed on the packing slip. Failure to do so will result in delays.
• Step 4 – Send the completed packing slip and collectibles to CGC headquarters via one of the following:

USPS:
CGC
PO Box 4738
Sarasota, FL 34230

FedEx or UPS:
5501 Communications Parkway
Sarasota, FL 34240

Thank you for this! I printed the packing slip out and it gave me one that says “customer copy” as well as one that didn’t have anything where it says “customer copy.” I included the one that doesn’t say “customer copy,” was that the right process?
