PGM ASM #19 - Now With Better Photos 4 4

Here is my copy of Amazing Spider-Man #19. It is my goal to get Amazing Spider-Man #1 - #20 in CGC slabs. I have issues #12 and #16 being cleaned and pressed before they are sent to CGC. Issue #19 is the only issue that I have to check on before I do the same thing with this issue. 

The issues I see are 1) tanning around the edges of the front and back covers, 2) fraying at the top left-hand corner of the front cover, 3) fraying at the top right-hand of the back cover, 4) a small amount of distributor's ink at the top of the back cover, and 5) possibly a rusty top staple on the front cover.

Any opinions you want to share would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your time and consideration.
