Error Miscut/Off Center Qualifications? 0

I just received back a submission with a Pokemon card which I thought would have qualified for either OC or Miscut Error.

  

 

The bottom of the card clearly shows the text "2020 Pokemon / Nintendo/ Creatures/ GAME FREAK" cut off with bottom half the words missing.

I've received other cards back in the past with OC qualifications for what appeared to be less "Off-Center" than this.

Any thoughts or am I missing something?

same, on the front of mine you can even see the miscut dot on the top right. =/

Oooof any response from a CGC representative on qualifications and why are our cards do not make the cut ? (no pun intended)

Gotta ask, did you select O/C on the submission form?

I did on mine. Sent it in as an error; and got charged error prices...but didnt get the O/C

They gave me an 8.5 on this…. They have no parameters for centering and at this point I don’t even think they measure. Just eye ball and slap a number…

I thought on the form it says if it's OC, it needs to be only sent in w subgrades selected. .

I somewhat agree with this...and the illusive "surface" is similar. Check out this 1st ed rocket card...only 0.5 better centering than the orbeetle above? Makes no sense.
