Marvel Premiere 15 9.4? 1 1

9.4 graded 10/04/21 with heavy corner wear all around. Top edge chips, and a whole bunch of spine stress that breaks color. This is an 8.0 at best. Is everything ok CGC? I've been looking to upgrade my 9.0 ow/w to a 9.0 or 9.2 white for over a year but every one I've seen looks way overgraded. 

8.0, am in the ballpark?

Looks 8.5-ish. But since the hobby has given certified grades so much power, it is what the label says.

I have learned that CGC really likes a nice cover and spine. This spine has a tick or two, so that puts in 9.4. I agree though that the edge wear and corners should bring it down further. Not to 8.0, as CGC seems to have lightened stance on this unless pretty severe, but I would think 9.0 makes a lot more sense here.

To me seems a weak 9.2 but it's consistent with a 9.4 since they partnered with CCS.

For those that buy the book not the printing on the label the pics Heritage provide allow bidders to make semi-informed decision. Hate to given them any kudos but theirs pics are good even if they are too bright.
