Animated Gif's and Member Phrases/Sayings 1 1

Greetings. I have two questions and apologize if they are answered somewhere else here as I cannot seem to locate the info. First, I see some members have animated gif's as their avatar. However, I decided to try to upload one I like, but a notification appears stating that I do not have permission. Is there a certain level in the post count or member title that allows this? Secondly, is there a list of the phrases/sayings that periodically change based on reaching specific post count numbers?

To my knowledge, there is no minimum post count to add a gif for your avatar.  I recommend reaching out to board members who have one and ask for instructions on how to do this.  If you still are having problems, PM it to me and I will try.

Yes, there is a list of titles that change as your post count rises.  Here is the list I have.  Although, I believe some of these are not accurate or no longer used.
