Took an advil sinus...seems to be better for the moment.  And I'm having another coffee.  I usually only drink about 16 ounces of coffee per day, if that.  Not going to say how much beverages per week...:roflmao:

Well that's probably why you have a headache! Maybe that extra coffee will help since we're addicted...

Everybody's different but for what it's worth I tried Advil and Tylenol and it didn't work for the headache. I tried Aleve and that seemed to do the trick. With staggering amounts of coffee of course because I didn't have any for like 4 or 5 days.

My only concern was being dehydrated, which is never good while fighting any sickness.  Apparently, that wasn’t really a problem this time around, but it’s good to flush out the body every now and then.  Then, I can start fresh!!!lol
